This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and growing business, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting sales and marketing teams by ensuring our CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and strategically valuable. Working with a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, Cognism and Endole, you’ll identify the right people and companies to target, ensuring campaigns reach their full potential.

As CRM Data Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and enriching CRM data using platforms such as LinkedIn, Cognism, and Endole
  • Identifying data gaps and ensuring key CRM fields are accurately completed
  • Supporting marketing and new business development campaigns with targeted data
  • Maintaining the integrity and compliance of CRM data in line with GDPR
  • Producing reports on data quality and campaign performance
  • Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align data strategy with business goals

As CRM Data Specialist, your experience will include:

  • 1–2 years of experience working with large datasets or in a CRM/data entry role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
  • A methodical and organised approach with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude and strong communication skills
  • Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism or similar (advantageous)
  • A basic understanding of marketing automation platforms (a bonus, not essential)
