Job Description

We’re recruiting for a CRM & Automation Test Executive to join us.

As a CRM & Automation Test Executive you will support the CRM & Automation team in preparing customer engagement campaigns for deployment. You will also ensure the accurate testing and documentation of customer communications delivered via our Customer Engagement Platform, supporting workflow quality and adherence to testing principles. This includes creating and executing test cases, validating campaign functionality, and documenting results.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and maintaining testing methodologies for CRM workflows and communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with platform capabilities
  • Executing and documenting tests across email and automation journeys, validating functionality, logic, and data accuracy
  • Supporting the Senior CRM & Automation Manager in ensuring workflows are built correctly and meet business and compliance requirements
  • Collaborating with delivery, compliance, and technical teams to ensure communications are tested thoroughly before deployment
  • Maintaining clear documentation of test plans, outcomes, and workflow structures to support auditability and continuous improvement
  • Identifying and escalating issues or bugs, working with relevant teams to resolve them before live deployment
  • Contributing to the refinement of QA and testing processes, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Ensuring communications are reviewed and approved by individuals who have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and expertise, and that such approval is recorded
Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Marketing (or related field) degree desirable, or relevant experience
  • Basic certification in testing, QA, or CRM platforms (desirable)
  • Understanding of CRM platforms and customer engagement workflows
  • Familiarity with testing principles and QA methodologies
  • Awareness of data privacy and compliance considerations in customer communications
  • Experience testing email campaigns or automated workflows in a CRM or marketing automation platform
  • Exposure to documentation and workflow mapping tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, compliance, and tech
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Clear communicator, able to document and share findings effectively
  • Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements
