A leading rail technology company in Greater London seeks a CRM Analytics Manager to spearhead the analytical direction of their CRM function. The candidate will be responsible for data-driven strategies that optimize lifecycle marketing across various channels. Key proficiencies include significant CRM analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to produce actionable insights from complex data. This role requires hands-on analytical ability combined with stakeholder management in a hybrid work environment.
As CRM Analytics Manager, you'll lead the analytical direction of our CRM function, partnering closely with key stakeholders across the business. You'll define how data informs our lifecycle strategy, experimentation framework and multichannel optimisation across both the UK and our international markets. This is a hands‑on role combining deep analytical expertise with the ability to influence strategy at scale. You'll play a critical role in shaping how we measure, learn and optimise CRM performance globally.
