  • Develop and evolve dashboard suites, enabling self‑serve insight across Commercial and CRM teams.
  • Partner closely with Data Science, Machine Learning and Data Engineering to shape measurement approaches, experimentation and performance analysis.
  • Drive a culture of rigorous experimentation, ensuring we test the right things, learn effectively and connect insights across our martech stack.
  • Build analytical capability within the team, setting high standards for data storytelling and insight quality.
  • Ensure data quality, tracking accuracy and governance across CRM measurement.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Brand to align CRM strategy with global commercial objectives.
  • Continuously improve data pipelines, reporting structures and analytical processes.
Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong SQL skills, with daily experience querying large and complex datasets.
  • Extensive experience building and enhancing Tableau dashboards (Server and Desktop), enabling self‑serve reporting for stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, commercial environment.
