A leading healthcare provider in Nottingham is seeking a permanent Band 6 Critical Care Outreach Practitioner to join their dynamic team. The role involves providing critical care outreach services across campuses on a full-time basis, with potential for part-time hours. Applicants should have at least 4 years' experience in an acute setting, including critical care. The position offers diverse clinical opportunities and a supportive work environment focused on inclusion and personal development.
We are looking to recruit to permanent Band 6 Critical Care Outreach Practitioner to join our supportive and evolving team of Critical Care Outreach Nurses and AHPs.
The hours are full time (37.5 hrs a week), however part time hours will be considered.
The CCOT team provides a 24/7 service, 365 days a year across both City and Queens's campuses. The post holders will therefore be expected to work a combination of day and night shifts.
All staff work across both campuses in order to provide a truly flexible service to meets the ever-changing needs of the critically ill/ deteriorating ward patient throughout NUH alongside, Participation in the Critical Care/ CCOT rotation programme and works in Critical Care areas as service requires. This makes this role a truly exciting job unlike any other.
Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years' experience at Band 5 within the acute setting, ideally 1 of which should be within a critical care area.
