Are you an experienced Criminal Defence Solicitor, looking to join a well-established team and work on high-profile, complex Criminal Defence matters?

A leading Top200 Law Firm, recognised as one of the ‘Best Law Firms’ is going through an exciting stage of expansion and looking to welcome a seasoned Criminal Defence Solicitor into its high-performing team in Manchester.

Responsibilities
  • Police station attendances and representation
  • Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court advocacy
  • Case preparation and strategy development
  • Advising clients on a wide spectrum of criminal offences

This is a client-facing role requiring strong advocacy skills, strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex cases independently.

Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+PQE in Criminal Defence
  • Proven experience across Police Stations, Magistrates’ and Crown Court matters
  • Strong advocacy and case management skills
  • Higher Rights of Audience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
