Join us as our Cricket and Social Impact Officer, empowering women, girls and communities through cricket! Are you passionate about using cricket to change lives? We're looking for a Cricket and Social Impact Officer to help deliver life-enhancing programmes for women, girls and diverse communities across Birmingham and Warwickshire. In this hands‑on role, you'll deliver high‑quality coaching sessions, support young people through social challenges, and build trusted relationships with schools, communities and partner organisations. Working closely with our Women and Girls Community Manager and Birmingham & Solihull Women's Aid, you'll help remove barriers to participation and create safe, empowering spaces for women and girls to thrive. You'll also play a key part in promoting our programmes, collecting feedback, supporting safeguarding standards and ensuring we deliver meaningful, positive impact in the communities we serve.

Qualifications
  • Strong coaching experience, particularly in schools or inner‑city communities
  • Experience working with young people from diverse or challenging backgrounds
  • Understanding of women's issues, including domestic violence and its impact on young people
  • Confident building relationships with community partners, schools and stakeholders
  • First Aid, safeguarding qualifications and a full driving licence, Disability Confident
