Are you an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker based in Crewe or the surrounding areas? Do you have a passion for helping others live more independently and with dignity? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are currently seeking dedicated, empathetic individuals to provide high-quality care and support to a variety of clients, including older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those in secure mental health settings.

This is a flexible agency role with a range of shift patterns and placements available throughout Crewe.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of UK-based experience in a care or support setting
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
  • Confident delivering personal care, medication administration, and manual handling
  • Ability to provide a 3‑year work reference history
  • Overseas Police Check required if applicable
