Qualifications

  • Proficient admin skills and able to work in a busy Finance/Credit Control environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
  • Organised with a focus on workload management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Team player with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Set up all new Customer accounts in ERP for the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands/Luxembourg, and Belgium.
  • Validate customer details including name, address, and postcode.
  • Confirm discount and price lists with the Sales Team.
  • Carry out VIES check and ensure VAT details are correct.
  • Manage Parent Account setup for Buying Groups.
  • Amend Customer Master Data as necessary.
  • Run weekly SEPA DD collections and process cash postings.
  • Reconcile and allocate payments.
  • Process manual invoices and credit notes as approved.
