Job Title: Administrator

Job Description

This role involves credit administration and loan documentation within a private banking setting. The candidate will have experience in managing facility documentation and different types of collateral, with a strong understanding of Regulated Mortgage Contracts, Lombard lending, and Consumer Credit Act regulation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage transactions from referral through to successful completion and drawdown, ensuring that all necessary pre-completion steps and checks are taken.
  • Liaise with Solicitors, Underwriters, and Valuers to assist in the timely delivery of all condition’s precedent requirements.
  • Ensure that all necessary security perfection steps and post-completion requirements are accomplished within the required timeframe.
  • Prepare amendment and supplemental documentation in relation to existing loans.
  • Handle documentation to deal with default/reservation of rights scenarios.
  • Oversee the appropriate and timely safe-keeping and storage of client documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
Essential Skills
  • experience in credit administration and loan documentation within a private bank.
  • Detailed understanding of Regulated Mortgage Contracts, Lombard lending, and Consumer Credit Act regulation.
  • Familiarity with legal documents and conveyancing.
  • experience working closely with Solicitors, Underwriters, and Valuers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of ISDA and CSA documentation.
