As a credit controller you will focus on ensuring that Dimensions is paid in full and on time. You will be part of a team seeking to continually improve the debt collecting process so that there is improvement in KPI’s. The role will work in collaboration with colleagues across the wider business and include a transition to new systems.

Applications will be shortlisted on receipt and interviews will be held on the 26th September via Microsoft teams. The closing date of this role may close early depending on volume of applications.

Your main duties will include:

  • Handle all accounting queries in a responsive, customer-focused way - providing a comprehensive first line of information and advice.
  • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Respond to queries from customers, supporting and advising them to follow the correct procedures.
  • Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions.
About you

The successful applicant will have:

  • Must have experience of working within Credit Control.
  • The ability to use Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to reconcile complex accounts and problem solve
  • A good understanding of negotiating non-standard payment options
