Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Income Recovery Assistant/Credit Controller for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will manage tenant arrears accounts, action daily emails and calls, and progress arrears cases. Experience with Civica CX and understanding housing debt recovery processes are essential. Work will be office-based 2-3 days a week in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

Job Description Income Recovery Assistant / Credit Controller - 6 month contract

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of low-level (under £1000) tenant arrears accounts.
• Action arrear accounts on a daily basis, sending letters, making phone calls, sending emails.
• Progress arrears cases through the income recovery process (for example reminders, Letter 1, Letter 2).
• Take payments via online payment portal.
• Set up direct debits.
• Work alongside 2 x Income Recovery Officers, escalating cases where appropriate.
