Are you a motivated Credit Analyst with a passion for property development finance? Our client, a specialist property lending platform based in London, is seeking a Credit Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exposure to a diverse range of residential and mixed-use development projects.

With a competitive salary up to £50,000, this role offers the perfect balance of hybrid working, allowing you to spend three days in the London office and two days from home. You'll be part of a collaborative team environment with clear opportunities for professional development and progression.

As a Credit Analyst, you will:

  • Analyse and underwrite property development finance proposals
  • Prepare detailed credit papers for internal credit committees
  • Assess borrower experience, financial strength, and track record
  • Review development appraisals, cash flows, GDV, and cost assumptions
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and stress testing on transactions
  • Liaise with originators, valuers, solicitors, and other external advisers
  • Support ongoing portfolio monitoring, including reviews and renewals

  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
