Overview

Creative integrated B2B agency based in Merseyside is looking for a Creative Director to join the design team. Hybrid working.

This role would suit a Senior Creative who is looking to take their next step up to CD level, or someone who is at CD level already.

Key Responsibilities

Leading a small team of designers, you will be working across a large international client on a wide variety of projects such as branding, print, digital, video, motion, VR, AR, activations, content, events and presentation decks.

As a key member of the SLT, you will be client facing and involved with pitch work, client presentations and developing existing client accounts, while looking at new business opportunities with other brands.

This is a great opportunity for a strategic Creative to roll their sleeves up, get stuck‑in, grow and nurture the team, shape culture, inspire the creative team, lead from the front, challenge briefs and liaise with client services teams.

Qualifications

This role requires someone with previous leadership and man management experience, who is commercially minded, proactive, strategic and can come up with ideas, concepts and creative vision.

Experience within the B2B, automotive, lubricant, energy, logistics or related sectors is advantageous, but not essential.
