Seeking a diligent and highly transactional CRE Leasing Specialist adept at managing the full lease lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, terminations, and rent reviews across a global office portfolio. Responsible for tactical lease administration, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency. Provides strategic insights on space utilization, cost optimization, and case development to align real estate decisions with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Transaction Management: Negotiated and executed global lease acquisitions, renewals, terminations, and rent reviews, achieving cost-saving targets and adhering to timelines. Managed contract governance end-to-end, collaborating with legal, finance, tax, risk & compliance, and insurance teams to finalize compliant agreements.
2. Tactical Lease Administration: Monitored critical lease dates, obligations, break clauses, and issue triggers to mitigate risks. Conducted quality control of lease data supporting reporting, forecasting, and audits.
3. Strategic Contribution: Worked with workplace planning and CRE leadership to implement space-optimization initiatives. Prepared business cases with financial models and risk assessments to secure leadership approval. Advised on market trends, occupancy costs, and leasing strategies for portfolio planning.
4. Program Management Partnership: Integrated CRE activities into enterprise programs, aligned budgets and resources with the Programme Management Office, and maintained dependency and risk registers for transparent governance.
