What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent); A-levels or degree desirable.
• Previous experience working with young people is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
