Overview

Cover Supervisor — Permanent, term time only. 29 hours and 10 minutes per week. Pro-Rata salary £17,588; FTE £25,183. Pupil Age Range: 9–13. Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:50am to 3:30pm.

Salary and Hours

Salary: £17,588 pro-rata (£25,183 FTE). Hours: 29 hours and 10 minutes per week; term time only.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to improve learning outcomes to enable pupils to achieve their best.
  • Join an experienced and rapidly developing team responsible for supporting pupils across all areas of the curriculum.
  • Support a wide range of special educational needs in a mainstream school.
  • Under the direction of senior staff, organise and provide a range of support strategies for young people who need help to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the school. Maintain clear and efficient documentation to ensure clarity and support in necessary meetings.
  • Be involved in the continued development of Dyslexia Friendly School strategies and be innovative in creating new resources.
  • Engage in comprehensive professional development and well-being opportunities offered by the school.
