Job Title: Cover Supervisor (Day to Day)
Location: Royston
Pay Rate: £95 – £113 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant secondary school in Royston on a day-to-day basis. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about education and want to support students’ learning in the absence of their regular teachers.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring students complete the work set.
  • Promote a calm, focused, and positive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
  • Provide support and guidance to students where required.
  • Report back to teaching staff on student progress, behaviour, and engagement.
Qualifications
