Link3 Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors with a background in Business Studies to support teaching and learning across a network of Secondary schools in Leicestershire.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set Business Studies lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students remain on task
• Support students with their understanding of key Business concepts and terminology
• Liaise with teaching staff and senior leadership where required
• Create a positive, supportive classroom environment
