• By 60 days – Schools will recognise you as a professional they want back – someone who balances calm authority with encouragement; manage different age groups and subjects, keeping lessons purposeful and on track; students will respond to your empathetic and warm‑hearted manner, knowing you are there to support their progress.
• By 90 days – Become the Cover Supervisor schools request by name across Gosport; contribute to the rhythm of classrooms, ensuring lessons run smoothly in teachers’ absence; build a local reputation for reliability, energy, and positive influence.
