Are you looking to step into the world of education and make a positive impact on young learners? We are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Sheffield ASAP. This role is perfect for experienced Cover Supervisors, HLTAs (Higher Level Teaching Assistants), or unqualified teachers looking to broaden their classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with the possibility of covering Key Stage 5 also).
• Maintain classroom control, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
• Support students of varying abilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
• Promote positive behaviour, following school policies and encouraging participation.
• Build leadership and classroom management skills, gaining valuable teaching experience.

What We Are Looking For:

Requirements:

• UK residents only – you must have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience of working in education settings in the UK - ESSENTIAL.
• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is required for this role.
