Cover Supervisor - Supply Work Across Teesside
Location: Teesside and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible, term-time only
Type: Supply / Temporary / Day-to-Day

Rate: £100 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Are you passionate about education and looking for flexible work in local schools? We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis across secondary schools in Teesside.

What does the role involve?
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll:
- Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers
- Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to the regular class teacher

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience, especially for:
- Aspiring teachers or recent graduates
- Teaching Assistants looking to step up
- Individuals with youth work, coaching or tutoring backgrounds

What we're looking for:
- Confident communicators with a positive, professional approach
- Reliable and adaptable individuals with strong classroom presence
- Previous experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)
- A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
