The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms during teacher absence, ensuring students stay on task, complete the set work, and maintain the school s high expectations for behaviour and engagement. While you will not be required to plan or mark lessons, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Confidence in managing groups of young people is essential.
