A growing community of schools in the UK is seeking a Cover Supervisor to ensure effective classroom supervision in the absence of the regular teacher. You will support students, manage behavior, and maintain a focused learning environment. The role requires an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with an emphasis on strong communication and positive management skills. The Cover Supervisor will provide effective classroom supervision in the absence of the regular class teacher. Using pre-prepared resources and instructions, the postholder will ensure students remain safe, engaged and focused on learning, maintaining high standards of behaviour and professionalism at all times.
