A local education partnership in Chelmsford is seeking a Cover Supervisor to oversee classes during teacher absences. The role includes maintaining classroom order, giving instructions, and supporting departments as needed. Experience with young people is advantageous, with full training provided. We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to supervise class groups during the short term absence of teaching staff.
Candidates will be able to give instructions for the lesson as provided by a teacher, keep good order in the classroom and to respond to general queries. When no cover is required you will support other departments.
