A welcoming SEN all-through school in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to support teaching and learning across the school. You will manage whole classes during short-term teacher absences, deliver pre-planned lessons, and foster a positive learning environment for pupils with special educational needs. Academics are working on behalf of a welcoming and well-established SEN all-through school in Basingstoke to recruit an experienced and confident Cover Supervisor.
This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting teaching and learning across the school by supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will also work closely with teaching staff, providing feedback on pupil engagement, progress and behaviour.
