Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all team members provide appropriate service levels according to procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legislation including H&S and SIA licensing.
• Ensure KPIs related to search and patrol standards are exceeded.
• Act as a single point of contact for security issues between OCS and the client.
• Take responsibility for recruiting and managing direct reports.
