Court of Protection Solicitor 2-4 PQE - Bristol - Hybrid
We are currently working with a well-regarded Legal 500 firm who are looking to bolster their thriving team with an enthusiastic and passionate Court of Protection Solicitor. You will be joining a great team who are recognised nationally for the quality of their work and their friendly and approachable service. Our client is keen to speak to individuals who have a genuine interest in this area of law with exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to understand the range and type of client so as to identify needs.
The successful Court of Protection Solicitor can expect to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, focusing on both property & financial affairs and health & welfare matters. You'll work closely with clients, families, and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for those lacking capacity.
