Are you a passionate Court of Protection Solicitor, looking for a new challenge with a reputable firm where no day is like no other?

An award-winning National Law Firm is looking to welcome an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to its leading Court of Protection team.

The role:

Within the role you will be responsible for your own diverse caseload of Property and Affairs CoP matters, closely advising those affected by serious brain injuries.

You will also collaborate with the wider team on high-value, complex matters, working closely with the serious-injury team.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Qualified Solicitor, 1+PQE
  • You will have a strong background in Court of Protection, particularly Property and Affairs
  • You will have a strong understanding and technical knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act
  • You will ideally be STEP qualified, or looking to become qualified
