Job Description

Stafforce is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver for our valued client in Middlesbrough. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position. You will work in a busy industrial environment on a day shift, with a full and accredited induction provided.

Key Duties
  • Safe operation of a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Moving stock and materials around the site
  • Supporting warehouse and production teams
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety
Ideal Candidate
  • A valid, externally accredited Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Good understanding of warehouse operations and safe working practices
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
