Responsibilities

• Lead a team of make up artists by example
• Drive company targets and expectations including KPI's
• Manage daily, monthly and quarterly running of your counter — through business plans
• Motivate and drive the team to achieve sales targets
• Stay up to date with the latest make‑up and skincare trends
• Perform make‑up / skincare consultations

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within a beauty retail environment
• Strong people management skills
• Personable and customer focused, a real people person
• Passionate about the beauty industry and trends
