• Experience managing a retail counter and driving sales.

• Skills in handling customer complaints and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the growth of Elemis sales in treatments and products.
• Drive sales and meet/exceed personal and counter targets.
• Conduct weekly stock checks and address any discrepancies.

Skills

NQV Level 2 in Beauty Therapy

Experience within a similar retail/store role

Experience supervising and managing a team

Proven sales record

Good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel

Education

Good level and standard of UK/European education
