The role focuses on managing a caseload of predominantly multi‑track adverse costs matters, drafting and negotiating costs documents, and running files autonomously from start to finish. Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:
  • 2+ PQE handling own costs caseload
  • Experience drafting bills of costs and points of dispute
  • Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and costs legislation
  • Experience negotiating costs to settlement on multi-track matters
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and research skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Clinical negligence or healthcare costs experience (desirable)
