Qualifications

• Proven track record in process improvement and/or business transformation.
• Experience in cost or project accounting within the manufacturing or service sector.
• Strong understanding of stock management and inventory accounting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely cost reporting across multiple initiatives.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for operational projects.
• Lead process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
• Provide financial insight to non-financial stakeholders.
• Monitor project spend against budget with variance analysis.
