A premium construction consultancy is seeking a Cost Manager in Birmingham to work within their civil engineering division. This role involves supporting infrastructure projects, ensuring effective cost management, and contributing to contract administration. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills, experience with NEC3 contracts, and a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. It is essential to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and client facing skills gained and demonstrated to have been effective in your previous Cost Manager role/s undertaken.
