A leading global fashion retailer is seeking a Sourcing & Production Lead Assistant to support the merchandising process at their London head office. Responsibilities include managing timelines, collaborating with teams, and maintaining system integrity. As a Sourcing & Production Lead Assistant at COS, you are responsible for supporting Sourcing & Production Lead in managing the end-to-end product merchandising process, including work‑flow administration, sample follow‑up and system maintenance.
You will collaborate across product team with Buyers, Designers, Production and suppliers to ensure the merchandising flow runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role reports to Global Merchandiser Manager with dotted line to Sourcing & Production Lead.

This is a Full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London.
