Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Director - Newbury

Are you an experienced ACA or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Director looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a leading independent practice in Newbury, Berkshire?

Our client are looking for an experienced Senior level Corporate Tax Advisor at Senior Manager or Director level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering. This is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant advisory portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive advice to clients on issues arising during their life cycle; including demergers, restructuring, share schemes, whilst also supporting with their tax compliance obligations.
• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team, growing the Corporate Tax offering, and working closely with the other Partners; autonomy to help shape the team’s growth strategy.
• Be commercially minded and confident dealing with entrepreneurial clients; you will need to be confident in providing technical back up to the partners.

Location

The Newbury office is commutable from areas across Berkshire, Oxfordshire & Hampshire, Oxford, Reading, Basingstoke, Andover, Swindon, etc.
