Key Responsibilities
  • Support the M&A Partner in leading enquiries and delivering innovative tax solutions.
  • Assist with tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals, working closely with the corporate finance team.
  • Advise on pre-transaction structuring, demergers, restructuring, and inheritance tax (IHT) matters.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering sophisticated M&A tax advice while managing technical risk.
  • Ensure high-quality tax reports and documentation, with minimal input from senior leadership.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Have experience in managing complex tax projects and high-value client assignments.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge in M&A tax, risk management, and compliance.
  • Be confident in building and maintaining client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals.
