Overview

Corporate Tax Manager - Watford

Clark Wood have been instructed on a managerial level opportunity, offering the chance to focus on advisory work for a mixed portfolio of tax clients. This role would ideally suit a CTA-qualified experienced Manager or current Senior Manager from a small firm, with experience managing a department and a large, complex portfolio of tax clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level advisory and planning services with a great deal of autonomy.
• Business development and networking: develop client services and grow the tax portfolio.
• Increase awareness and exposure of the firm’s tax services.
• Work with a broad range of UK tax issues including IHT/CGT planning, non-doms and trusts, reconstructions and demergers, share schemes and EIS/SEIS, R&D tax credits, patent box claims, M&A, exit planning and succession planning.

Requirements

• CTA/ACA Qualified
• Proven track record of business development
• Experience within a Manager or Senior Manager level role

Location

The Watford office serves client bases across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North West London (e.g., St Albans, Harrow, Rickmansworth, Hemel Hempstead, Amersham, Borehamwood).
