Examples will include due diligence projects, corporate transactions eg reconstructions, mergers, demergers etc.

In addition, you will also be responsible for coaching and developing more junior members of the team, helping them to grow and develop their skills.

This is a close group, so they're looking for someone who's not only knowledgeable but also a great team player. You'll need to be approachable, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.

In return, they offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours and agile working, and a supportive and welcoming work environment. There is plenty of opportunity for professional development and progression.
