Overview

Corporate Tax Knowledge Lawyer – Tax (12-Month FTC, Part-Time Options Available). Location: London. Salary: £120,000 – £135,000 FTE. Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (parental leave cover). Working Pattern: 3, 4, or 5 days per week.

What You’ll Do
  • Track and analyse legal and regulatory developments in UK and international tax
  • Create and maintain high-quality knowledge resources and precedents
  • Design and deliver engaging internal training sessions
  • Collaborate with fee earners to produce client-facing insights and thought leadership
  • Work closely with colleagues across practice areas and global offices
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with upwards of 3+ PQE with a strong academic background gained at a leading law firm.
  • Significant experience in corporate tax law (either as a Knowledge Lawyer or fee earner)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Commercial awareness and a keen interest in legal innovation and technology
