Job description
The team

Our corporate tax team help businesses navigate the complexities of corporate tax, whether undertaking a transaction, needing international tax advice, or support with corporate tax reporting obligations.

You will be a key member of the Midlands team from day one and will get involved with client work quickly, exposing you to the depth of services that Crowe provides, and the wide variety of organisations that we advise.

The role

Whilst undertaking the graduate corporate tax assistant position, you will complete a 3-year apprenticeship training contract, where you will study towards the ACA CTA qualification, providing the foundations for your development and giving you the qualifications and tools you need to succeed in your career.

Our programme will empower you to learn new skills as well as harness existing skills to work on multiple exciting projects as well as study towards your professional qualification.

Our entry requirements
  • 2.2 minimum from any degree subject
  • BBC (or 112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent)
  • GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Mathematics and English Language

The ability to travel to clients and other offices is essential for the role, and a full UK driving license is preferred. Throughout your training programme, you will also be required to attend off-site external training, where overnight stays are necessary.

The person

Your application will not be based on academic performance alone. You will be required to demonstrate the strengths and qualities which underpin our core values, including personal drive, integrity and teamwork. Those who are curious, resilient and agile will thrive.

If you do not meet all the entry requirements, you may still be considered if the rest of your application is strong. If you have any extenuating circumstances that you believe we should consider, and you are comfortable sharing, please let our recruitment team know and this will be looked at alongside your application.
