The Role

A highly regarded commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its thriving Corporate & Commercial team. • Lead or support on M&A transactions, share and asset sales, restructures, and shareholder arrangements
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on more complex matters
• Take a hands-on role in managing client relationships and coordinating deal teams
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate legal documents
• Be involved in business development and nurturing of referral networks
