This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor to work on a wide variety of complex and high-value corporate transactions. You’ll take a lead role in mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and cross-border projects, while also supporting colleagues nationally on capital markets, investment acquisitions, and corporate structuring matters.

Your work will span multiple sectors and client types from ambitious start-ups to major household names giving you scope to develop your technical expertise and commercial insight.
