Corporate Solicitor – Newcastle

A leading national law firm based in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its thriving corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with between 3- and 6-years’ post qualification experience to work on a diverse range of corporate transactions across multiple sectors.

You will be involved in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, refinancing and company disposals. The role offers exposure to complex and high-profile deals, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will have solid corporate law experience, particularly in M&A, combined with strong commercial awareness and excellent client management skills. You’ll be confident handling transactions independently while contributing to business development initiatives.
