Corporate Solicitor (1-5 years)

An opportunity has arisen for a corporate solicitor to join a growing team in Edinburgh, working on a diverse mix of high-quality corporate and commercial work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, client contact and being part of a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You’ll advise a broad range of clients, from early-stage businesses to established companies, across sectors including technology, energy and professional services. The work will span:

• Investment transactions and growth funding
• Corporate reorganisations and advisory work
• Shareholder arrangements and joint ventures
• Commercial contracts and ongoing business support

You’ll have direct client engagement from day one, with opportunities to develop strong relationships and broaden your technical experience across both transactional and advisory matters.

About You

• 1-5 years' PQE in corporate or commercial law
• A clear communicator with strong drafting skills
• Enjoys problem-solving and managing a varied workload
