Corporate Senior Solicitor
Location: Wiltshire

Are you a driven and ambitious Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE, ready to take your career to the next level? This is your chance to join a thriving practice that offers both professional challenges and the opportunity to lead a team.

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a strong track record in corporate law to take on a pivotal role at their award-winning firm who have a strong market presence throughout Wiltshire. You'll work on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sales and purchases of businesses and other transactional and advisory corporate matters.

For the right candidate, this role provides the unique opportunity to lead and manage a team, while continuing to develop your expertise in corporate law.

This role can be based in any of their Wiltshire offices with occasional travel between the offices.

Ideal candidate:

• A qualified Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years PQE
• Sound technical knowledge and extensive experience in corporate transactions and client advisory work
• Ambition, drive, and the desire to excel in a challenging, rewarding role
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and team management skills
