The Role

Working with this Legal 500 Tier-ranked National Corporate Department, you will act on ultra high-value and complex transactions both nationally and internationally.

Within this role, you will advise on a wide range of corporate transactions including private and public mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, intra-group restructurings, cross-border transactions, Equity Capital Markets and a variety of strategic and regulatory-driven projects.

With renowned colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and client relation skills while helping to cement the company's reputation as a leader in the Corporate world. As well as excellent career progression opportunities within the team, there is also ample scope for secondments.
