What you ll be doing:
  • Advise a broad range of business clients, including SMEs, entrepreneurs and regional corporates.
  • Handle corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder matters.
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documentation.
  • Support due diligence processes and contribute to transaction management.
  • Work closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver integrated advice.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients through clear, pragmatic and commercially minded guidance.
