This leading US firm is looking to recruit a corporate insurance lawyer of 2+ PQE to advise their extensive client base of insurance and investment banking clients.

For a lawyer passionate about this niche area of corporate law this firm can offer the very highest quality work and a unique range of corporate insurance work, including advising clients as buyers of insurance.

The group advises on acquisitions, part VII transfers, regulatory matters, joint ventures, capital rankings, securitisation of insurance risks, insurance derivatives, reinsurance, product design, outsourcing of insurance services, insurance distribution agreements and matters involving Lloyd's of London.

As well as exceptional work, you will also receive market-leading training and mentoring. You’ll develop into a first-rate lawyer.
