One of our favourite investment clients is looking for a driven and happy Catering Coordinator . There will be some admin duties in this role but the majority of it will be working in the back of house pantry and setting up and clearing down 12 onsite meeting rooms which turn over regularly throughout the day – this role is fast paced and you will be on your feet a lot!

The environment here is welcoming, supportive, positive and fast paced. This role would suit a Hospitality Assistant or Catering Assistant who is keen to prove themselves, who wants to get involved, and has the attitude of ‘no job is too small’.

There will be opportunities for this Hospitality Coordinator to progress but long term – possible career paths include Receptionist but you will need to be happy to excel in the role for at least 18 months first.

The ideal Corporate Hospitality Assistant candidate will be bursting with enthusiasm, immaculately presented and be willing to help anyone who needs it.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and serve staff and visitors with a warm, professional approach
  • Monitor and replenish pantry and refreshment areas, ensuring stock is well‑presented and rotated
  • Support basic food service and kitchen duties, including deliveries and stock handling
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards, completing daily checks and cleaning tasks
  • Assist with meeting room resets, internal deliveries, and ad hoc facilities support
  • Work collaboratively with the catering and office experience teams to deliver high‑quality service.
